Join us every Friday at 12PM starting May 9th at the Providence Community Center for a relaxing, beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help you unwind, move gently, and connect with your breath. This is a welcoming space for every body—whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking for a chill, feel-good flow.

Accessible poses with lots of options
A calm, supportive environment
All ages and experience levels are welcome!
Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we’ll have a few extras, too). Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Can’t wait to flow with you!
